Test Don't Guess is a wellness brand, course, app and podcast, centered around functional lab testing, and more particularly Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Testing, for practitioners created by Jensen Schoonover. This website is meant to act as a broad resource for practitioners and lead them to Jensen's popular HTMA course & app. Social Media Advertising and Management has been the main marketing tool used to attract practitioners and enroll them into these programs. I have worked with Jensen on many projects over the past few years and have created two websites for her. Below you will see both the first website I created for her along with the second website I created which aligns with her new branding.
Methodology:

Focused on three KPI metrics for Instagram: Increasing followers, engagement, and CTA opt-ins.

Connected with current and possible clients on Instagram to increase follower and post engagement.

Directed engaged followers to Facebook Group to continue nurturing and improve conversion rate.

Increased followers through collaborations with accounts in the functional health education space.

Created several viral posts under community hashtags that led to direct sales leads and reposts.

Created custom content for Instagram including photo carousels, videos, graphics and industry and event-specific Instagram Stories.

Created Instagram contest and giveaway to assist in marketing campaign for new product launch.

Gathered direct leads for sales that assisted in their monthly quote goals.

Assisted client in strategizing lead magnet opt-ins, webinars and other strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Helped analyze current business strategies and adjust as needed.
Goal: Increase followers on Instagram, increase lead generation through 'Calls To Action' and direct followers to Facebook Group to aid conversion.
Result: 60% increase in followers over 6 months, gained over 2,000 new leads through CTA's, grew Facebook group from 212 members to 497 and increased lead-generation conversion rate (those who opt-in to lead magnets and then converting to buying the course and app) from 36.20% to an impressive 48.18%
